2007 has been a year of transformation for Power-Selles Imports. We have changed our business model and our name. And there is more to come!

Our new name, Culinary Collective, reflects the new us. The
Collective houses two internal divisions - Matiz España, specializing in quality foods from Spain and Zócalo Gourmet, bringing you the flavors of Latin America. The Collective will also soon represent other small importers and domestic producers that live by the same principles - quality cultural foods that support the local communities where they are produced.
