Ingredients:

1 jar (10.2oz). Matiz Piquillo Peppers, drained
¼ cup. sun-dried tomatoes, drained
2 tbsp. Arvum Moscatel Sherry Vinegar
2 tbsp. Castillo de Canena Harissa Arbequina Olive Oil
2 each. garlic cloves, peeled
½ tsp. smoked paprika
⅔ cup. Matiz Marcona Almonds with Sea Salt
½ tsp. salt

Instructions:

Place piquillo peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, sherry vinegar, olive oil, garlic, paprika, almonds, and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate the romesco until ready to use.
