Olives produced by a family-owned company that began farming in the region of Sevilla, Spain in 1961. Olives are hand-harvested and processed in barrels in small batches to ensure the highest quality product. Unlike others on the market, these all-natural  Spanish olives are cured only with water and salt. The name Dequmana reflects the old Roman road named Decumano that ran from the Andalusian town of Carmona, where these olives are produced, to Rome. Much of the olives and olive oil used by the Romans came from Spain and traveled this road.
