For our seafood, we follow the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch guidelines and give priority to MSC-certified products that meet the highest standards for environmental responsibility. We work closely with small, traditional suppliers who fish within international and EU catch limits, using low-impact methods that protect marine ecosystems for future generations.
Beyond seafood, we partner with producers who share our values—crafting foods rooted in their local culture, respecting natural resources, and strengthening the communities they call home.
