We are committed to sustainable and responsible sourcing. We work with small suppliers who support traditional local economies.
Our seafood, is sourced within International and EU catch limits by fishermen who use methods that minimize marine impact. We base our sourcing criteria on guidelines provided by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch and work with Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified fisheries whenever possible.
