Octopus Antipasto Skewers
This easy appetizer, Octopus Antipasto Skewers, is a delicious option for serving a hungry group. The Matz Wild Octopus in Olive Oil-Pulpo pairs so well with the antipasto ingredients, especially the salami and fresh mozzarella. The olive oil is mildly seasoned with Spanish paprika and sea salt, acting as a great drizzle and seasoning addition for these skewers. Serve with a side of Arvum Sherry Balsamic Glaze for dipping.

Ingredients:

1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
12 each. slices salami
12 each. kalamata olives, drained
12 each. mini mozzarella balls, drained
12 each. pepperoncini, drained
24 each. fresh basil leaves
1 tin. (4oz.) Matiz Wild Octopus in Olive Oil
Pinch of dried Italian seasoning
Arvum Sherry Balsamic Glaze for dipping

Instructions:

1. Thread cherry tomatoes, salami, kalamata olives, mozzarella, pepperoncini, fresh basil, and octopus onto bamboo skewers.
2. Drizzle the skewers with a little of the olive oil from the tin and season with Italian seasoning before serving. Serve with Arvum Sherry Balsamic Glaze on the side for dipping.
