15 Minute Zesty Lemon Garlic Sardine Pasta

Ingredients:
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice
4 each. garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 lb. spaghetti noodles, cooked according to the instructions on the package
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tin (4.2oz). Matiz Wild Sardines with Lemon, flaked into bite-sized pieces
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the lemon juice and 1 tbsp of oil from the sardine tin, whisk to combine, and bring to a low simmer.
2. Once simmering, add the garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add the cooked noodles and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until the noodles have reheated.
4. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the parsley and sardines, toss to combine. Season the pasta to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
