Ingredient:

2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 each. garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 can (15.5oz). cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 tin (4oz). Matiz Wild Cockles, drained

Instructions:

1. Place olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a medium bowl, whisk to combine, and set aside to marinate for 3 minutes.
2. Add the beans and cockles to the bowl and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
