Calamari, Orzo & Veggie Salad

This bright and vibrant Calamari, Orzo & Veggie Salad is chock full of flavor, easy to
assemble, and a delightful addition to any picnic or potluck. The store-bought, olive & feta salad and green goddess dressing, both pair so well with Matiz’s Giant Calamari with White Beans & Paprika.

Ingredients:

2 cups. cooked orzo
1 tin. (4 oz.) Matiz Giant Calamari with White Beans & Paprika
1 1⁄2 cups. frozen Mediterranean-style vegetable blend, thawed
3⁄4 cup. marinated olive & feta salad
1⁄4 cup. green goddess dressing (plus more for additional drizzling)

Instructions:

1. Place cooked orzo, calamari & white beans, thawed veggies, olive & feta salad, and dressing
in a large bowl.
2. Toss to coat and combine and divide between serving bowls. Drizzle with additional dressing
before serving (optional).
