Ingredients:
12 each. cinnamon raisin bread slices
3 tbsp. Castillo de Canena Amontillado Sherry Cask Olive Oil, divided
1 1⁄2 cups. cottage cheese
1 pkg (3.5oz). Matiz Valencia Almonds, chopped
1⁄4 cup. honey
1⁄4 cup. Arvum Arrope-Grape Must Reduction
Assorted berries, for serving
Instructions:
