These Hasselback Sweet Potatoes with Langoustine Garlic Butter are a flavor-rich and savory addition to your Fall dining room table. The butter mixture packs an umami punch thanks to Matiz Langoustine Paté balancing the sweetness of the potatoes and accentuating the garlic and aromatic herbs.
