Ingredients:

6 each. thick slices sesame bread, toasted with olive oil
1 pkg (8oz.). cream cheese, softened
1 cup. kimchi, drained
1⁄2 cup. thin sliced cucumber
1 tin (3oz). Matiz Spicy Tomato Mackerel, flaked
1⁄4 cup. fresh cilantro leaves
1⁄4 cup. fresh scallions, chopped or frizzled

Instructions:

1. Place toast on a clean work surface and spread with softened cream cheese.
2. Top the toasts with kimchi, cucumber, mackerel, cilantro, and scallions. Drizzle each toast with a little of the tomato oil from the tin before serving.
