2 tbsp. butter
4 each. garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg (12oz). zucchini noodles, thawed, if frozen
1 tin (4.1oz). Matiz Giant Calamari with White Beans & Pimenton
1⁄4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet. Once melted, add the garlic, and 2 tbsp of olive oil from the calamari tin. Sauté for 2 minutes, add the lemon juice, and bring to a simmer.
2. Once simmering, add the zucchini noodles and calamari & white beans to the skillet, and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes or until the zucchini noodles are tender and the calamari is hot.
3. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes before serving.
