Ingredients:

1⁄2 each. focaccia sheet, quartered
1⁄3 cup. pesto sauce
1⁄2 cup. sun-dried tomato halves in olive oil, drained
4 oz. burrata, quartered
4 each. slices prosciutto
1 tin (3oz). Matiz Spicy Tomato Mackerel
1 cup. baby lettuces

Instructions:

1. Split focaccia and spread with pesto sauce.
