These tasty Open-Face Banh Mi Sandwiches are a great option for either serving a group or enjoying for lunch. Matiz just launched this new trio of patés. We've found that the langoustine paté really brings these banh mi sandwiches to life. You must try it!

Ingredients:

1 each baguette, quartered and split
1 jar (3.5 oz.) Matiz Langoustine Paté
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup each pickled radish, carrots, and fresh cucumbers, chopped or julienne
1⁄2 cup each fresh jalapeños, cilantro, scallions, chopped
Assortment of your favorite banh mi proteins: asian meatballs, fried eggs, breakfast meats,
sweet chili shrimp, etc...

Instructions:

1. Toast baguette quarters and spread each slice with paté and mayo.
2. Top the baguettes with pickles (radish, carrots, cucumbers), jalapeños, cilantro, scallions,
and proteins.
