Ingredients:

2 tbsp. butter
2 each. garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1⁄2 tsp. Pimentón de la Vera Smoked Paprika
1 can (28oz). whole peeled tomatoes
1⁄2 cup. vegetable broth
1⁄4 cup. heavy cream

Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Once melted, add the garlic, and season with paprika. Sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add canned tomatoes and broth to the pot, stir to combine, and simmer for 20 minutes,stirring occasionally.
3. Transfer the soup to a blender, add the cream, and puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
