Ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tin (3.92oz). Matiz Bonito del Norte, olive oil reserved
¼ cup. fresh chives, chopped
1 jar (10.2oz). Matiz Piquillo Peppers, drained

Instructions:

1. Place cream cheese, tuna, and chives in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until combined and smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag. Gently open the piquillo peppers and stuff with the creamy tuna mixture.
3. Transfer the stuffed peppers to a serving platter, cover with plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Before serving, drizzle the stuffed peppers with the reserved olive oil.
