1 tin (3.92oz). Matiz Bonito del Norte, 2 tbsp. olive oil reserved
1 can (15.5oz). cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
